Robert Gibbs

Robert (Bob) is a second generation Floridian and a third generation United Methodist minister who went from writing sermons to writing poetry.  He retired to Tallahassee in 2016 from full time ministry in Florida, having served churches from Tallahassee to Miami to Tampa, and is enjoying having more time to write and to spend with his wife, Brenda.  He still enjoys preaching when he gets the chance and leading Bible Studies.  Bob is active in Capital Area Justice Ministry, Florida Impact for Hunger, and supports many other community and faith organizations.  When he is not writing, he is probably playing his guitar or paddling a kayak in a nearby river or stream, or cheering on the Seminoles.
